At PurelyMart, we ship jewelry, apparel, and lifestyle products to customers around the world. PurelyMart.com (“PurelyMart Shopping”) is owned and operated by Purely Mart LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouses in the United States, Europe, and Asia, depending on product availability and your delivery country.
Processing time: Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
2. Estimated delivery times
Delivery times can vary by product and destination. The timeframes below are estimates in business days (Monday–Friday) once your order has been shipped:
United States: 7–14 business days
Canada: 8–15 business days
United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
EU countries (e.g., Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands): 8–15 business days
GCC (e.g., United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia): 10–18 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
HongKong, Srilanka & Taiwan: 7–16 business days
Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore,Thailand & Vietnam: 8-15 business days
Brazil: 7–12 business days
Cyprus & Slovakia: 8–15 business days
India: 7–18 business days
If an item is not available in a local warehouse, it may be shipped from an international hub by air, which can slightly extend these timeframes. We will always show an estimated delivery range at checkout that matches these guidelines.
3. Taxes, duties, and import fees
United States: Most personal orders under 800 USD are generally duty‑free under current US regulations.
European Union: For eligible EU orders under 150 EUR, VAT is collected at checkout using the IOSS system, which is designed to prevent additional VAT being charged on delivery. In the rare event that a carrier incorrectly charges VAT or a handling fee, please contact us and we will assist.
GCC and other international destinations: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Local customs duties, VAT, and any clearance or handling fees may be charged on arrival by your local customs authorities or the delivery carrier. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.
4. Tracking and order updates
Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your package has left our warehouse. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will request an update from the carrier.
5. Correct address responsibility
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Purely Mart LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
