Refund & Return Policy

At PurelyMart, we want you to shop with confidence. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and order issues are handled for products sold on PurelyMart.com (“PurelyMart Shopping”), which is owned and operated by Purely Mart LLC.

1.Return window


Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all accessories where applicable.

The reason for the request

Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described

2. Contact us before returning any item


Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Because some products are shipped from partner fulfillment centers in the United States, Europe, or Asia, the correct return procedure depends on the product, warehouse origin, and issue reported. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

3. Items shipped from partner fulfillment centers


Many PurelyMart items are fulfilled through partner warehouses. For damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or significantly not-as-described items, we may resolve the issue by:

Sending a replacement

Reshipping the order

Issuing a full refund

Issuing a partial refund where appropriate

In many low-value cross-border cases, a physical return is not required before a refund or replacement is issued.

4. Return shipping costs


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard non-defective returns, including buyer’s remorse returns.
PurelyMart will not require the customer to pay return shipping when:

The wrong item was sent

The item arrived damaged

The item is defective

We do not ask customers to return products to overseas warehouses unless specifically approved by our support team. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address.

5. Refunds


Once a return, replacement claim, or supplier-supported dispute has been approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing usually takes 7–15 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider or card issuer.

6. Order cancellations and changes


Orders may be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase if they have not already entered fulfillment.
Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

7. Non-returnable items


The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Earrings and intimate jewelry

Beauty and personal care items

Final sale items

Customized or personalized items, if applicable

We are also unable to refund or replace orders when:

The customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided, unless there is clear evidence of carrier error

8. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items


If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos so we can review the issue and arrange a refund, replacement, or reshipment where applicable.

9. Delayed orders


If your order is delayed significantly beyond the estimated delivery timeframe shown in our Shipping Policy, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with the outcome of that review.

10. Refused deliveries and condition issues
A restocking deduction may apply only to approved non-defective returns if an item is returned used, incomplete, damaged by the customer, or refused at delivery without a valid shipping or product issue.
