All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day. In rare cases, processing times may be longer due to high order volumes.

Items shipped from US or Canadian warehouses take 3-5 business days.
Items shipped from other international warehouses (e.g., Europe, Asia) take 7-14 business days.

12 to USD applies to US and Canada. Free standard shipping for orders over 50 USD.Express Shipping: Additional charges may apply (if available).Shipping costs, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier’s website.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes. We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order.
Delays
While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, delays may occur due to Customs clearance,High-demand periods (e.g., holidays), Unforeseen events like natural disasters.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@purelymart.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item, issuing a refund, or reshipping your order.

United States & Canada
We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to courier restrictions. Additionally, some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.
